OS X 10.8 Mountain Lion: New Language Features

OS X 10.8 was released 7/25/2012. It has no new OS/App localizations, keyboards for additional languages, or spellcheck dictionaries, but the 3 new reference dictionaries (German, Spanish, Simplified Chinese) are most welcome.
